I had a D&C at your facility and I just wanted to reach out to let you know how well I was taken care of.I was devastated to be there being almost 11 weeks pregnant and finding out my baby was not viable, but your staff made my experience the best it could have been. All my nurses were great, however, but one RN definitely impactedmy care.I was so touched by Therese's kind heart and how she'd hug and pray for me. Her prayer was so touching and comforting. She was absolutely wonderful! She was so friendly and empathetic towards me. We even shed a few tears together. I'm a NICU RN at Children's Memorial Hermann so I'm used to being the one comforting my little patients and their families, not the other way around. For the first hour or so, she didn't even know I was also a nurse. She even found the anesthesiologist when I remembered one more question about my anesthesia! I felt very blessed to have her as my pre-surgery RN even if it was only for a few hours.So kudos to your team for providing me and I'm sure many others great care! Please let them know I really appreciated all their care in my time of need. Thank You!
