Selfless, caring, and devoted. Thesia is instilled with each of the principles. Integrity-she will do her job without bias no matter who the other person or persons are. Commitment- to her job, always on time. She loves and is dedicated to veterans. She still feeds patients she has adopted as family daily in the building next door. She is respectful to everyone she meets and if you need chastising she will do it in a way that is not disrespectful. She shows excellence in all she does, including taking the time to decorate the ward for each holiday, making the atmosphere when you walk in, one that is pleasing and uplifting.
