During my stay on 2 North, there were some moments when I felt I was not seen and heard. In the three days I had Thi as a nurse, she was going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.
She took extra time to make sure all my concerns were answered calmly and clearly. Thi did not hesitate or downplay helping any symptoms I had. She was quick to respond to my high pain levels and helping me feel okay to try tolerating food during my stay.
She focused on building a rapport with me and made me, overall, feel calmer as soon as she came into the room. No words or award can truly show my gratitude for how much Thi raised the feeling of safety, calmness, and care during my stay. She was absolutely incredible!
