Thien models compassion, caring and empathy. He makes an impact and difference on the patient/family. He goes above and beyond in responding to patient/family needs. He is a wonderful young man with so much to give. I hope he is fully appreciated and doesn't get too frustrated too soon with all that compassion. He brings sunshine into a room when he enters.
