Tam has been a nurse at Atrium Health Biddle Point Family Medicine for 6 years. She was nominated by one of her physician partners. They started at the same time in a practice that provides care to the underserved community in Charlotte. Tam speaks with all patients seeking prenatal care at Biddle Point and also meets with them at their first prenatal visit to ensure they have all the information they need to start their pregnancy off on the right foot. She tracks down patients who have missed their prenatal visits to make sure they are coming in and that they are being cared for. Early in the COVID pandemic, Tam worked with multiple families with small children to ensure COVID testing was done and that the COVID follow-up was performed.

Tam always works hard and with a smile on her face. Literally, everyone in the office, physicians, nurses, CMAs, and registration come to her as she can answer any question or find anything in the office. The physician said she would trust Tam with her family’s life and care and trusts her every day to take the best care of their patients and help get the patients the care they need.
