I would like to nominate this nurse for the Daisy award because of her persistence and unwavering support. Throughout the years that I have known her, she works tirelessly as a team leader, magnet champion, nurses helping nurses volunteer, retention link representative and as a dedicated PACU staff.

She demonstrates immense support to ensure our colleagues and our patients are well cared for.

She has all the qualifications we have been looking for a nurse in our department. Patient focus wise, she always treats her patient and family of the patient with respect, makes them at peace and comfortable and with complete support. She offers good support and help to everyone. She has high standard of integrity which always shows her positive attitude, kindness, sincerity, and being trustworthy.

She maintains a very professional attitude at all times and is a very good role model to us as her colleagues. She has a very high quality of respect; she is well organized and collaborates well with other multidisciplinary teams as needed. I say so because she has very good assessment skills and decision making capabilities.

This staff is a very compassionate person as she feels the others' burdens. She does not just hear you but listens to others and offers support when needed.

Furthermore, she is an excellent team player as she demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills with peers and co-workers which lead to a very positive working environment.

I really admire this person for she knows how to communicate clearly and effectively with the patients and their families, as well as with her colleagues.
