Thir Pokharel, BSN, RN

Thir has been with the village for many years and has been a dedicated nurse at Silver Spring. He willingly stepped into the Clinical Coordinator role when the previous CC of many years retired. Within one year of being CC, he reduced his CVC rate at Silver Spring from 21% to 12%. With a census of 102 patients, all care plans, monthly nursing notes, medication recs, and TOC metrics are always 100% completed. Thir is a quiet but extremely effective leader of the facility.
