When my husband was admitted, Thomas took the time to explain his medications and what to expect. He was very clear in briefing the next nurse. When a family member came to visit, she could tell within 5 minutes of meeting Thomas that he was an outstanding nurse. He demonstrated great leadership by stepping in and assisted the nurse that was assigned to my husband. He took the extra step to call the doctor to inform him that the pain medication was not working. He is quick to respond, which is so important for the family and patient.

Kaiser staff and patients are lucky to have someone like Thomas on their team. Great work!
