Tom was very attentive and extremely efficient with his time. He made me feel welcomed and cared for. Not only is Tom great at doing his job, but he also took the time to make conversation with me. I almost forgot I was in the hospital. He has a very kind demeanor and approach. Tom's skills show as if he has been working in this field for many years. I was so surprised to learn that Tom has only been a nurse for about a year. I would never have guessed this due to his can-do attitude. Tom, you are great at what you do. Keep up the wonderful work.
