Thomas was exceptional in his care of not only our family member, but his care of everyone else who came into that room. He learned all of our names and something about us. He shared about himself as well. That personal connection was above and beyond the actual excellent nursing care he provided.

He was not only in the room with medications promptly, but also checked in often. He answered so many questions for us, even when he heard the same thing multiple times. After we realized that the outcome of this hospitalization was not what we wanted, he worked hard to keep spirits up, but was very tactful about it. He is an amazing nurse. Our loved one said she loves your hair, and the consensus in the room was that Dutch apple pie was the best.
