I received a call being told my son was being airlifted to Shannon. My son was attended to quickly. One young man just made everything a little bit bearable. He kept checking on my son, brought him clothes since his were torn & asked if I needed anything. Thomas had a lot of patients, never did he show any hesitation. I wanted y'all to know what a great job he did. As a mom it is nice knowing Shannon has someone like him looking out for patient and family members. He does a wonderful job taking care of people who at the time everything is emotionally scary.
