This nurse is absolutely incredible in every way. My father got COVID and was in isolation after being in an ICU at UPenn for almost 60 days. We (his daughters) were traveling back and forth to be with him. He stood by my father with patience and kindness the whole isolation and facilitated each FaceTime call. Thomas is at the top of his game both clinically and in terms of his bedside manner. Thank you, Thomas!
