I just want to thank Tom for taking the time with my father and listening to his needs. My father has a hard time communicating, and Tom never rushed him or made him feel like he was a bother. He also took the time to explain what he was doing every time he was taking care of Dad.

My father can be difficult at times, but Tom had incredible patience. He was also comforting to my mother and me as we were worried about my father’s slow progress. Tom was also knowledgeable about many things, and it gave us peace and helped us know we were all in good hands.

Also, there was a day that he didn’t have a CNA helping, and he was still so patient and caring, not missing a beat in his care of Dad.

Tom stood out the most, but we would like to thank all of the nursing staff. They were all wonderful even though they were short-staffed with CNAs on this day. Overall, we are pleased and thankful for the care my father received during his stay here at Leesburg Hospital. Thank you!
