Thanks to Tee! I was a patient at the hospital following a total knee replacement. As an RN myself, I feel I am especially attuned to exceptional patient care. Tee was kind, professional, and able to anticipate my needs. Her universal precautions were exemplary. She was excellent in her educational and supportive skills. Every visit during the night, she brought fresh ice. The two times I got out of bed, she took my linens off and then placed them on me. Fluffing pillows and cold drinks may not seem like a big deal; however, when one is lying in bed, it makes all the difference.
