Tia Collins is a very compassionate RN who exhibits her compassion with every patient encounter. She has a very calming effect on her patients with her warm and professional demeanor. She is quick to respond with a helping hand to her peers when they need assistance. Tia steps up to the plate without being asked and always completes her tasks with a smile. She has stayed beyond her shift numerous times to help out in emergencies. One example of her dedication was when she jumped in to help and even stayed late for an emergency craniotomy.
With every stroke of her caring hand, she paints a center of love and a place of safety. She displays stewardship and kindness to all her peers and patients. She is a patient and patient-family advocate. Tia defines excellent nursing care and compassion. She has been seen bringing warm blankets and caring hands to patients she isn't even assigned to. She always holds her patient's hands before going to sleep in surgery to assure them they are in good hands.
Tia shows compassion to her patients every day. She always puts herself in their shoes and treats them the way she would want to be treated. She is very passionate about her job.
