Tia was one of many medical professionals that made my stay as palatable as possible. Her approach was proactive and always compassionate. When I developed an arrhythmia while Tia was on duty, she was straight forward and educational in her discussions with me. In fact, I made a point to have my wife come speak with Tia about my arrhythmia before the end of her shift. She represent what is best about having my life altering surgery at UW Medical Center - compassionate, knowledgeable, expert and confident.
