Tiara has a natural sense of caring. She has a very kind voice that reflects her caring spirit. Her voice is so soothing that she gives you confidence and makes you feel important and that everything is alright. She is an excellent nurse, always explaining everything. She is very complimentary of your efforts which keeps you going. Her enthusiasm is catching. She has a great sense of humor and keeps everything on the bright side. She was very caring about sharing the machines that others also had to use.She was like a ray of sunshine when she came into the room. She made you feel that the patient was important and not her. She is a terrific example of living our mission here.
