On many occasions, Tibin encouraged complete autonomy for one of our residents. This is especially demonstrated when carrying out personal care. The resident is completely confident and comfortable to ask Tibin to have their own needs met. As Tibin presents choices to their care in a very achievable and positive manner. Tibin goes beyond care as they have taken the time to get to know the resident very well and in doing so has learned all the personal touches the resident likes to make towards their appearance which in turn makes the resident very happy and content.
