Tida made jokes, told funny stories, and showed complete compassion, all the while explaining everything perfectly with pristine knowledge.
Nurse Tida was a breath of fresh air, bright sunshine after a rainy storm, and a mom-like soul of compassion. I've been on the 6th floor of Pennsylvania Hospital for several days now with a painful left leg infection. I also suffer from depression and PTSD. Tida made jokes, told funny stories, and showed complete compassion, all the while explaining everything perfectly with pristine knowledge. Like I said, I have depression, and her actions and compassion really made my day and my mood so much better.

Not only that, but she was my roommate's nurse one day, not mine. Yet, she still made an effort to check on me, and when I told her I had no idea what was going on with my treatment plan, Tida took it upon herself, with my permission, to go through my chart to see what was going on and explain things to me. This was wonderful and above and beyond her responsibility, and it made me feel truly cared for. Again, I want to reiterate that I was not her patient that day, but she still cared about my well-being.
