Tiffaney took charge of the White earth dialysis unit about a year back. She has faced tremendous challenges to get the dialysis unit running and putting together a team whose center of focus is 'patient care'. Not once, but innumerable times Tiff and her team have gone above and beyond to provide medical care.

A patient was unable to get to dialysis due to multiple issues. Tiff volunteered to go visit the patient's home on Saturday, called for help from the county and multiple resources, made a home visit and that saved the patient's life!

Her awesome attitude of "what needs to be done for our patients needs to be done" rubs off on all her staff. Tiff is an asset to Sanford and her patients are thankful for what she does for them. Keep up the great work Tiff!
