Tiffani Eberflus, RN, BSN

I’m a 47-year-old patient who has had many recent health problems. Life has been scary lately and I feel as though I’m constantly watching over my shoulder for the next hurdle to overcome. Tiffani took the time to listen to me vent and release my frustrations. Even though Tiffani knew I worked in the healthcare industry, she still explained everything she was doing in detail. She provided a calming environment, but she also joked around to try and lighten the mood, which was something I really needed. I haven’t talked about my health issues a lot, but she made it easy and seemed more like a friend in that 12-hour shift. She checked on me frequently and made me feel like I mattered as a human being. I’ve seen a lot of nurses over the years who don’t seem to like their job, but she is one of a kind. She deserves recognition. Thanks, Tiffani, for being my angel for a day!
