We have been fortunate to have Tiffanie take care of our father. Tiffanie was so kind and friendly to my father and my mother and me. She listened to our concerns and took them seriously. One night I told her that I was very concerned about his IV site. It was still soft but starting to have color changes. Turning a light red. She immediately came and looked at the site and agreed with my assessment and restarted his IV in another extremity. Just the fact that she listened to my concern and acted on my assessment of his IV site was validating to me. I knew that she would take me seriously if I raised concerns in the future. That brought me a lot of peace and I trusted her with my father's care. She really observed my father closely and reported clinical changes to the Physician. She always came back to let us know what the new plan of care would be.

Tiffanie demonstrated to us every day that the work she did on behalf of the patients and families was more than just a job. She believes it is her mission in life. How refreshing it is to be cared for by someone who loves what they do and communicates that love each time she touches a patient and helps their family. That is exactly what she did for us!
