I would like to nominate Tiffanie Holman, RN from Mercy Cassville, MO for her exemplary care of me while I was undergoing a Stress Test today. She was very efficient and so caring about my comfort while there. She also explained everything, in-depth, what she, the tech and the doctor would be doing before, during, and after the testing. She made me very comfortable in a stressful situation.

I had a procedure at Mercy Hospital in Cassville, MO and she was my nurse. Tiffanie was very kind to me and professional in her job.

Tiffanie is one of the nicest nurses I have ever met. Not only does she really know her stuff, but she also keeps the patient (me) at ease, always. She is calm and very, very professional! You can tell she has been doing this for years and deserves this award plus more!

Met a patient in the hallway who looked in need of assistance. She reached out to the patient and the patient agreed he needed help. Tiffanie with another employee assisted the patient down the hallway in a wheelchair and carried the patient's walker.
