After a well-planned and prepared birth, things went sideways. Tiffanie made me finally feel back in control again. She was extremely attentive and patient with the plethora of questions that ensued. She was checking and correcting my monitors around every 15 minutes to accommodate my twister of a baby. When she left for the end of her shift, my husband even mentioned he was going to miss having her. He didn't feel like we could have made it through the birth without her. I will forever be grateful for the comfort and compassion she showed my husband and me during this difficult time. She made me feel like family even though we had just met.
