On the first night of my stay, Tiffany was my nurse. She came into my room at the beginning of her shift because she knew my pain medication was due. She reviewed my chart and asked me if the medication regimen was, in fact, working. I replied, not as much as I would like but I didn't want to bother the doctor or for the doctor to be upset with her. She explained that this is her job and the doctor is responsible for keeping me comfortable. She paged the doctor and became my advocate. She spent time in my room and was very knowledgeable of my needs. I also witnessed her stop to help a fellow RN and seemed eager to do so.
If I had to sum Tiffany up in so many words I would say…. Impressive, Compassionate, Personable, Kind, Caring, Helpful, Well-rounded, Incredible.
