Tiffany stayed over her shift today to help me, the morning nurse, with a patient who wanted to leave against medical advice. Tiffany took the time to sit next to the patient in the hallway and held his hand. Eventually asking gently for this patient to return to the room, the patient was agreeable, escorted safely, and was willing to stay for treatment.
Tiffany stayed well over her shift to help us make sure this patient was safe. Thank you for all you do.
