Tiffany Besch, RN, BSN

I have been receiving infusions for about 4 months now. My RN Tiffany Besch has been amazing. I keep requesting her each time because she is so caring and compassionate. I am a hard person to obtain an IV. She is very patient. She talks me through each stick until she gets a good vein. I refuse the Pick RN. Last week she helped me relax so much that she was able to get it on the first try. She treats me like a friend, not a patient. We talk about life and family as if we have been friends for years. She makes sure I have everything I need while I'm there. While being at the infusion center is depressing in itself, Tiffany makes my time there extraordinary. I can be in the worst pain coming in but when I see her smiling face it just goes away. I haven't run across many RN like this since Covid. I know they are burnt out, so I appreciate Tiffany more than she knows! She deserves to be recognized for her exemplary service on the job.
