I encountered Tiffany many times during my hospital stay for a procedure. Tiffany was always friendly and very knowledgeable. She would explain what was upcoming and handled each of the “road bumps” we encountered; well, the “road bumps” I encountered. Just her presence lightened the atmosphere of the room and her laugh is very contagious. Hope is a great thing when you are dealing with a person’s health and it is fantastic to have a nurse like Tiffany that can get you through the tough patches, the “road bumps”.
