Our husband/father was transferred to the 4th floor from ICU for comfort care. It was an unexpected event and his body hung on for much longer than expected. This made it extra challenging for our family. Tiffany Carter came highly recommended by her colleague leading us to nickname her “Top Tier Tiffany.” Well, she not only lived up to her reputation but greatly exceeded our expectations. She was extremely compassionate with her care for our husband/father as well as the family and all while training a new staff member. She was incredibly attentive to his medications. She allowed my mother to have a peaceful night with her husband and was amazing to us, his three daughters. We met Tiffany on the worst day of our lives, but she provided such a positive end to the experience helping us to push forward in a healthy direction. Tiffany was the nurse we did not know we needed.
