Tiffany D'Autrechy, RNC-OB

While it is often said OB is the happiest place to work, there are times it is the absolute hardest. Recently, we had a fetal demise on our unit that Tiffany cared for. These are tough circumstances, and this had a personal dynamic as well. Tiffany stayed well past her shift to care for the family and all the details. She demonstrated so much compassion and kindness. Everyone that works with Tiffany sees this every day, but it truly stood out and made the family feel much more comfortable. Tiffany clearly showed why nursing care and being present make such a difference in our unit.
