Tiffany is one of the most amazing nurses I know and have had the pleasure of working with. She truly has the biggest heart and LOVES the work she does. She ALWAYS advocates for her patients and will not give up until her patients get what they need. She goes the extra mile every shift to ensure her patients have a better shift than the previous one. She has received countless thank-yous from patients and families that have gone unrecognized. She anticipates the needs of her patients and often recognized potential problems before her patients do. She has laughed and cried with her patients and remembers even the smallest details they share with her. She has brought treats/goodies for her patients to brighten their day. Tiffany spreads joy with her infectious smile.
She goes out of her way for patients she is not caring for at the time. Just the other day she encouraged a patient to have family and friends drive to the hospital and make signs then stand in the parking lot waving up at the patient in order to celebrate a special day together while still staying safe at a distance. It is often the small things that make the biggest difference. She is the QUEEN of kind gestures. She is so deserving of this award for all the love and care she shows every day.
