My nurse Tiffany had the ability to make me feel like I was her only patient. As a recovering addict, this will never happen. The medicine that I brought was taken to the pharmacy and had to be verified. There was a mix-up about the correct time to take it. I had to refuse it the night before because I take it in the morning. Then in the morning, they thought I took it last night. Tiffany went out of her way to verify with my Behavioral Health Clinic and get it all straight. To me, that was way above and beyond. She was also very sensitive to the fact I needed to tell her I was a recovering addict. She was not only understanding, but she was also comforting to me. These are the people who deserve to be recognized. As a matter of fact, every person I have seen and dealt with here has been very kind and helpful. Thank you Ochsner for whatever kind of training you give your employees that makes them such good caregivers.
