#1 Tiffany displayed compassion and empathy during a really difficult time.
#2 Tiffany is a dedicated, hardworking member of the JHCP OB-GYN team. She is a true team player. As our nurse leader, she ensures that we can provide the care our patients need, and she has been instrumental in expanding and streamlining our services. She advocates for patients and for her colleagues. Most importantly, she provides compassionate, skilled, and thorough care to our patients. She particularly excels at providing support to patients who are going through some of the most stressful and emotionally challenging situations that we encounter in OB-GYN. It's an honor to work with her, and this award is well-deserved.
#3 Tiffany has been with JHCP since the end of 2014. Prior to this, she served as a nurse on L&D from 2009-2014. I’ve been PA for 2.5 months and through my observations, Tiffany is a definite asset to our team! Tiffany has exceeded the expectation on the most recent evaluation, as she has been able to lead the nursing team during COVID while continuing to keep a positive attitude and outlook to provide the best experience for our patients. #4 Tiffany has consistently been a leader for our nursing team. She is dedicated to the organization and the Ob/Gyn group and has even worked to help our offices coordinate with the Center for Transgender Health to expand these programs into Gynecology. It has been a pleasure to work with Tiffany over the last 6 years, and I look forward to our continued partnership in caring for our patients.
