I appreciate the patience Tiffany had with my mother and me. I asked a lot of questions and she took the time for all of my inquisitiveness.
She responded to all of my mother's needs and not just from a medical perspective but also intuitively with empathy.
She always spoke to my mother in a kind way. Tiffany was very gentle when my mom needed to be turned. She took all of our phone calls. She was never impatient.
All of the little things make a difference. No one ever "ho-hummed" me.
