Tiffany rounds from unit to unit, checks in with staff, welcomes every question, and ensures team members feel heard, supported, and confident in their practice.

If she does not immediately know an answer, she takes the initiative to research it and follows up with accurate information, demonstrating accountability, curiosity, and a strong commitment to continuous learning.

Tiffany’s teaching style is clear, patient, and grounded in evidence-based practice. When staff needed support with Fick testing on Swan-Ganz catheters, Tiffany responded by bringing educational materials, providing hands-on instruction, and walking the team through the process step by step until they felt comfortable and informed.
