Yesterday, my mom wasn't having a good day at all. Tiffany could see that and came into Mom's room to help her. I live near Tallahassee and have been with mom here at the hospital for over a week. I had been sleeping in the chair, and Tiffany could tell by looking at me that I was sleep deprived. She made up the bed for me, and both Mom and I got a good night's sleep. Today, both Mom and I feel better. I know that Tiffany qualifies for Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork. Thank you, Tiffany, for going out of your way for us.
