Tiffany has had a profound impact on our staff, patients, and families within our regional Burn Center in Arizona. As a leader, Tiffany goes above and beyond in every aspect of her duties to ensure an environment of compassion and selfless recognition for all members of our team. Tiffany is the model of implausible nursing leadership. She works under heavy pressure, especially given her limited work experience as a Director of Nursing. Tiffany took over one of the busiest burn centers in the country and altruistically prospered while giving complete credit to her team. Although her team is very deserving of this recognition, it should not go without saying her work had a profound influence on all the clinicians and patients respectively. Tiffany is a mentor to fellow leaders and motivates all by sharing her vision and enthusiasm, with the aim of achieving better outcomes for patients and staff alike. Tiffany is accessible, available, and responsive to all needs.
