Our family had a very traumatic and difficult labor of our first child – a son. We were scared, I was in so much pain and it seemed like just about everything was going wrong. That is until Tiffany became our nurse. Not only was she funny, courteous, and knowledgeable; but also she took the time to make sure all 3 of us were comfortable and had all the information we needed before making any more decisions.

I will never forget when breastfeeding was not going well and I felt even more like a failure and that I was already a bad mom. Tiffany literally stopped what she was doing, sat down next to me, and held my hand, and just talked. She used her own experience to help me through it and it was everything I needed and more in that moment.

We had her as our nurse twice and I wish I could just take her and bring her with us if we needed care elsewhere. When she checked on our family it wasn’t out of obligation, we felt like she truly cared about us as people. During a very trying several days, she truly was a guiding light.
