I was having a rough morning and had just gotten a phone call from my friend saying they no longer wanted to be my friend and some very upsetting things. Tiffany walked in to change my IV as planned when she noticed I was crying. She walked over to my bed and sat down next to me. She comforted me and talked to me till I felt better. She made sure I was okay and did what she could to cheer me up. She even made sure I was calmed down and comfortable enough to start a new IV. She let me sit down and collect myself before getting my antibiotics, too. At one point she had brought the charge nurse in the room to help her with finding my vein, and I could just tell that she has a great relationship with her colleagues. She is very communicative and kind. She got help and also taught the person who was helping her.
