When I was unable to get up or concentrate, Tiffany was there to give me the security and confidence I needed. She helped me all the way until I was back. She came early to work and stayed late to check on me. She made me laugh when I wanted to cry. She really cares about you and lets you know it. It’s so wonderful to have a nurse that really cares. This one’s a keeper.

Since our son arrived in this unit, Tiffany has been extremely professional, friendly and most of all very caring. Our son had a massive stroke, Tiffany has helped him and us through some very trying times. She did everything she could to help our son recover both physically and emotionally. St. Francis should be very proud to have such a dedicated nurse as Tiffany.

I wanted to let you know about the night we had with Tiffany Kroemeke. She is a nurse that came to work with us from 7pm to midnight. She was fantastic!!!! About 2330 she was in MICU-2 reading the bible to my patient. I was so impressed. She took time with each patient talking to them as well as listening. When she found out we were getting an admit from ER she wanted to stay and help and learn. She was here till about 0300. She stayed in the room and asked questions, and soaked in as much information as possible.
