Tiffany answered all our questions with great patience; her words provided reassurance to comfort all our worries. I admired that she told us all the possible scenarios and didn't just sugarcoat things. In the OR, Tiffany held my hands and comforted me as I was terrified and crying. Leaving a seven-year-old at home, the OR was a place that felt cold and scary, and I feared that I would never make it out of here. Tiffany stepped into the role once again, offering comfort, support, and empathy. I'm certain that without a nurse like Tiffany to guide me through my fears, I would have had a very different experience. Tiffany went above and beyond to ensure I was safe and cared for, not just physically but emotionally as well. Edward is an extremely lucky hospital to have such wonderful nurses on their team. The presence of these amazing nurses has had a huge impact on our experience and our lives. They walked by us in our scariest moments and helped us navigate through the fear. Although once again, we left the hospital without our babies in our arms, we walked away with confidence in the staff to care for our babies until we can take them home. Thank you!
