My appendix ruptured while on vacation, and I went through the worst period for pain, helplessness and fear. My family was across the country, and I was alone except for short visits my son could make. Tiffany showed me a compassion I desperately needed. She calmed my clouded fears by helping me understand what was happening and letting me know I wasn't in this alone. When you are in that much pain and confusion every small pleasure, from a chip of ice to a cool breeze, is everything. Tiffany made sure I had those small things. She always delivered on her word. When I needed something she made sure I had it and that I was listened to. All this and throw in a great smile and I felt it was family taking care of me.
