After four failed, painful, traumatic attempts to insert an NG tube, I was faced with a fifth attempt. This was 17 hours after entering the ER. I was in pain and willing to have surgery rather than face another attempt. Tiffany sat with me, held me, and helped get me through my hysteria. She was caring, compassionate, and soothing. She is a role model for nurses. Bless her.
