Tiffany is a Rapid Response nurse, but also spends a lot of time creating a phenomenal DAISY and BEE program for us. When I joined St. John Medical Center three years ago, the DAISY and BEE programs had been inactive for some time and were no longer in place. When I went to the director and asked if she knew anyone who would be a suitable fit to help us, she immediately said, “Tiffany”. Tiffany is one of the most creative people I know. Over the last three years, not only has she rebuilt the program, but she has made a program that others are envious of. Tiffany has a passion for recognizing and uplifting others. She pours herself into this role, ensuring that deserving staff members are celebrated and appreciated. Her attention to detail, creativity, and thoughtfulness make each recognition moment special and meaningful. She celebrates others with the same love and care that she puts into every patient interaction.

In her role as a Rapid Response Nurse, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff alike. Her calm presence, quick thinking, and clinical expertise are invaluable during critical situations. She leads with heart and handles each call with grace and urgency, never wavering in her commitment to the best outcomes. 

What makes her truly extraordinary is that, despite all of her responsibilities, she never grumbles. She is always willing to lend a hand, offer support, or simply listen. Whether it’s a colleague needing assistance, a patient needing reassurance, or a department needing a leader, she steps up every single time.
