When I came into the hospital, I was nervous, and Tiffany was the nurse who helped me get undressed at the PACU. She was kind and courteous. She stayed with me until I was completely at ease. I appreciated that, and I thought that was above and beyond what she needed to do. She might have had other things to do, but I thought I was her number one concern, and I appreciated that.

She was delightful from the get-go. She was very caring and happy. When my husband had some trouble getting back on his feet, she was patient and offered food without asking. We ended up staying overnight, so she knew the kitchen was closing and they had not moved my husband to a room, so she worked hard to get a meal for him.
