It's difficult to fully express how much Tiffany Odom means to me and the profound impact she has had on my recovery journey. Tiffany is incredibly caring and always willing to go the extra mile for her patients. She genuinely cares about each one of us and never ends her shift without saying goodnight. From the moment I arrived at Moss, she has been an unwavering source of support. When I first came here, I was unable to urinate on my own because of my stroke. Tiffany implemented a bathroom schedule, patiently putting me on the toilet and even running water to help my body relearn how to function naturally. Thanks to her efforts, I no longer needed straight catheterizations. Once I was able to urinate on my own, she helped me with bladder training, teaching me how to hold my urine and avoid accidents. Her persistence and care made a huge difference—I achieved success because of her guidance. Tiffany is also there for me emotionally. She comforts me when I’m feeling down and encourages me to take things one day at a time. Because I’ve lost the use of my left side, she cuts my food, helps me get dressed, and makes sure my needs are met with kindness and compassion. I truly cannot put into words how much I appreciate her. Tiffany has touched my life in a way that I will never forget, and I’m so grateful for her. I just love her so much!
