Tiffany has the most bubbly, friendly personality and she does not let anything get her down. She is consistently jumping in to assist any of her coworkers during a busy day or taking the time to sit and laugh or even cry with her patients. Her patients absolutely love her and many times stop to give her a big hug as they are discharged. You can see the difference that she makes in their hospital stay. Tiffany is such a team player that people love working with her because she can easily boost morale on the floor. She exemplifies the iCare values every day she works and I think she deserves to be recognized for all of her hard work and excellent patient care!
