Tiffany obviously followed all patient care training exactly the way nurses are trained. During the three daysthat she was "our" nurse, she saw to every symptom, request and question of both me and my caregiver. She always did so with a smile. She had a way of immediately making us feel comfortable and always brought a smile. Such a nice feeling! She even managed to take me outside so I could experience one of the few warm afternoons of a very sunny November day. She showed initiative and such genuine warmth. She listened to me and was excellent at addressing my all of my needs. Thank you, Tiffany. For us, she was the Nurse of the Year!
