Tiffany was nominated by the wife of a CVTele patient who relates that she and her husband noticed right away how professional and confident Tiffany is as an RN. The way she presented herself inspired immediate confidence that she was going to take excellent care of them, which she did. Her attention to detail makes her stand out, even the little things that they hadn't requested, she thought of. She demonstrated compassionate care and unwavering patience, especially when answering their questions. The patient told his wife he felt better just seeing her come into the room.

Tiffany has demonstrated her commitment to her profession and displayed leadership by obtaining her PCCN which means that she is certified as an intermediate care nurse. She is the first nurse on CVTele to accomplish this. When the discharge follow-up calls are done - her name is consistently mentioned by patients as being an excellent caregiver. She lends her expertise to support the unit and willing takes on special projects. She takes pride in her unit and is supportive of her co-workers. We appreciate everything she does for our unit and this hospital.
