As I was interviewing a patient about Tiffany Robertson, she began to get teary-eyed. She states Tiffany has such a caring attitude and it shows through her personality. She just doesn't do the job and leave. She makes sure everything is ok. The patient said she has known Tiffany as a patient for 5 years and every single time she is upbeat, a ray of sunshine, happiness.
The patient went on to say, "She makes sure I don't hurt as she does wound care, she is intricate with what she does, describes what she will do. She makes sure she follows each step appropriately, never skips using gloves, washing hands and hangs the moon. One of the best professionals I've ever seen. She never once hurt me or made a mistake. I aspire to be like her. She perseveres and does everything for the patient and is always upbeat. She makes sure everything is in order to make sure I am well taken care of. She goes above and beyond her role. When I couldn't afford to pay for a medication for my wounds, she made sure I got what I needed somehow. She prays with me and for my family and shows Jesus' hand through her actions and care. I've never met a person like her before and I've been through a lot of nurses in my years of illness.
I've never respected a person as much as I respect her. (crying) I look forward to her coming every day and her smile. She's an angel. "
